Get phone settings
You'll need the correct settings on your phone to be able to send picture messages, surf the web or explore O2 Active for ringtones, games and news.
Sometimes we can send these settings directly to your phone. But if not, follow the manual instructions to set the settings yourself. Just click on the links below. Make sure you choose settings for either Pay Monthly or Pay & Go.
