Terrible phone. Got this phone with 02 when it was first launched in end of 2007. Battery life is terrible, touch screen is too sensitive, keeps switching itself off and freezing me out. Turns itself off and you have to remove the battery to get it going again and that doesn't always work...on a brighter note, the camera takes fantastic quality pics but the software does not work with Vista so I had to buy an adapter to slot the memory card straight into the computer. Only used it for about 3 months but got so fed up with it I went back to my very old trusty Sony E. K610i.
